Refund Policy

Business-to-business

Riff is a business-to-business service. By subscribing, you confirm you are purchasing on behalf of a business and not as a consumer. Consumer cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 do not apply.

Monthly plans

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future billing. We do not refund the current month. You keep access until the end of the billing period you have paid for.

Annual plans

Annual subscriptions are paid in advance for the full 12-month term. Once your subscription has started, we do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused months. You can cancel at any time to stop auto-renewal, and you keep access until the end of your paid term.

Renewals

We do not refund renewal payments after they have been charged. You can cancel your subscription at any time before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.

Exceptional circumstances

If the Service has a significant technical fault that prevents you from using it for an extended period, contact us at hello@ideajunkies.co.uk and we will consider a pro-rata refund on a case-by-case basis.

How to request a refund

Email hello@ideajunkies.co.uk with your account email and the payment in question. Refunds, where agreed, are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
